Ship ControlMyMonitor.exe alongside instead of embedding

- Remove embedded resource pattern (dropper behavior triggers AV)
- ControlMyMonitor.exe now copied to output directory as content
- Removes extraction to temp folder at runtime
- Should eliminate Wacatac.H!ml false positive
